The decision to sell real estate is an important one and hiring the right Realtor to work with is just as important. It can mean the difference between a "For Sale" sign and a "Sold" sign in your yard. 

During my 16 years in the real estate business. I've discovered that there are four criteria that almost all home sellers use when hiring a Realtor. I’d like to share these with you. It seems that almost ALL sellers...

  1. Look for a Realtor who UNDERSTAND THE LOCAL MARKET. One that can help sell their home fast and for top dollar with great terms. How important would you say that is for YOU?

  2. Choose a Realtor with an AGGRESSIVE MARKET PLAN. One that exposes their home to the largest pool of home buyers possible.... Is this something that YOU are looking for as well?

  3. Look for CUSTOMER SERVICE. They want to feel like the details are being taken care of and that they are NOT just another number ... Would it be fair to say this is what you're expecting from YOUR Realtor as well? 

  4. Look for GOOD COMMUNICATIONS. They want to be kept informed on a regular basis, not left wondering what is going on with the sale of their home. Is this one of the key things that YOU want from your Realtor also?
